So we talk to Olive all the time, but now that she is getting more aware, I have started trying to sing to her. I am not a singer, and I never remember the words to anything, so it has been very funny to start a song and just repeat the first verse over and over. Feeling very frustrated one day, I racked my brain for songs I knew the words to. I came up with the opening song of The Jeffersons! Sad, I am a child of a television world.
I am also embarrassed to admit that it took me about a day to remember all the words to Jesus Loves Me. I did finally remember and Olive seems to like that one.
